This is the Los Angeles Flagship store. I have shopped at a few of their LA locations. This is, in my humble opinion the best store by far. The product selection, knowledge of the brand and customer service are unparalleled, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Ava.

I was glad to chat with sales representative Emily who introduced me to this brand. Bob Gorham founded this brand but he is not a fragrance composer. I would like to know more about the individual names who contributed to scent design. The local shop does not seem to be adequately knowledgeable about the authors of the products they sell. Byredo's Tobacco Mandarin reminds me of Replica's By the Fireplace Maison Margiela. My visit to this location led me to discover an Oud Immortel that can be worn every day. Despite the fact that I am not sure I can be a loyal customer, I have definitely mastered my nose when it comes to scent hunting through their perfumes. They provide certain courtesy perks. At least it is worthy to stop by over there.

I miss Julia, but still a solid fragrance shopping experience. Even though a Nordstrom is closer to me, it is always worthwhile to stop by the boutique. The best hospitality and talent is here to land on the best fragrance for you or your home. I love BYREDO and they represent the brand well here.

Great customer service. I couldn't get my perfume case customized at the store near me so I had to get it shipped from this store and Melissa was great. She texted me all the colors and options and answered all the questions I had. I am so happy she could get the case how I wanted it.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Had a wonderful experience with BeBe and Melissa today. BeBe helped me find a beautiful perfume and she was so kind and knowledgable during the process. The store is very clean and offers masks, gloves and sanitizer. I am a hypochondriac and felt extremely comfortable throughout my time there. This is my favorite shop in Los Angeles for perfume and candles.

Julia and Melissa helped me today and are so lovely and the new space is gorgeous. The space is bright and welcoming and Michael and Bebe are so kind as well. The new store on Melrose is a world class shopping experience with outstanding customer service. An absolute pleasure and thank you for making the best hand cream I have ever tried.
