My experience with Boat Max was extremely good. I bought a 30hp Suzuki and it came just as they described. It had every part I needed to set up my tender with a new motor. Not only that, they kept me posted on delivery times, called me to make sure i talked to the shipping company to make arrangements, and responded quickly to my emails if I had questions. Once I got my motor installed, I ordered the control cables and got them within a few days. Not only all that, but this was fun. I love doing this kind of stuff myself and had a great time with this box of new stuff. Lastly, when i got it all hooked up, the trim worked great and the motor started immediately. Very cool!

The Honda 5 HP long shaft arrived on time in perfect condition. I had trouble starting the motor due to operator error, and the gentleman I spoke with about it called back promptly and was patient and polite. I learned the error of my ways after conferring with a local Honda dealer/repair shop. Both Boat Max and my local Honda repair shop were excellent.

No local stores (Sacramento, CA) sell the Honda marine oil. Found Boat Max online had the Honda marine oil at a very reasonable price and they even offered free shipping for the amount I was purchasing. Arrived 3 days earlier than was expected via FedEx shipping. Great price and fast shipping. I will definitely be using Boat Max Online for any future boating equipment needs I have.

The folks at Boat Max Online were great! I had told them what engine I was interested in and they had it sitting there in an unopened box when I arrived. They opened it up right there in front of me for inspection. They went over everything that was included with engine. Once I confirmed that I wanted that model, we settled up the finances and they loaded me up. Very nice folks and I feel I paid a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. Five Stars ⭐️

I ordered a two and a half horsepower Suzuki from boat Max in Florida Delray Beach on March 1st they have extremely fast delivery it came in March the 4th. I had a couple of questions that I had to ask him being a new motor and all. I got to say their customer service is spot on and the courtesy rating is off the meter.
