Have been waxing with Susie for years. She’s thorough and quick. She knows her clients’ time is precious but we still have great chats and the appointments fly by. I would highly recommend her.

This has been my back-up wax bar for a few years, since they had good hours through COVID, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back again. The online booking system has glitched out twice, where I've booked for one date, shown up, and have been told my appointment is not for another few days... both times the staff was minimally helpful in rebooking me or squeezing me in for one of my multiple services (appreciated this), but never friendly. On the subject of service, I've never felt particularly comfortable in the salon, as the staff typically give off the vibe that they'd rather be anywhere else. During services, they'll pop Netflix on, which can be a nice touch but also comes across as their way of avoiding interaction with clients. Services, even the extra sensitive ones, feel rushed and, as such, are often far more painful than I am used to at any other salons. Last time I had a not so great experience with the wax strips being gooey, the hard wax breaking, and trying to tackle wildly large sections--all the issues that came about were blamed on me for not coming into the salon more often...

I have been coming to this location and to Suzie for about 6 years now. She is the only person I will go to. She is extremely professional and funny and knows how to do her job well. I look forward to seeing her every couple of weeks. I always have a wonderful experience and recommend her to all my friends.

ZERO stars. Online store is a scam. I ordered products twice from the store and both times they were not fulfilled after 3 and 6 weeks respectively. Atleast 7 attempts (email, phone call, through PayPal) to communicate with owner were ignored. PayPal ruled in my favour twice and gave refunds, thankfully. I cannot imagine the level of disorganization and disrespect that goes on for this to occur

I went and got my first back wax there. The staff is friendly nice little environment but they need to slow down and pay a little more attention. I still have areas that were not done and also they dripped the wax in my beard just have to slow it down and pay a little more attention to the details

The waxing person was rude and didn’t make a feel comfortable. No conversation just blah service. looked like she wanted to get done with it quickly. Poor customer service. And Kinda rude at times. I am very sensitive and have low pain threshold. She wasn’t very supportive.

I recently went to Bare Wax (Rymal) for the first time and had a really good experience. I booked with Suzie; she was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and was extremely pleasant and professional. Highly recommend her!

I like this location and the staff. But I've gone three times. And each time I get bruised in my bikini area. Each time (the same person) said I must be sensitive to waxing. Ive waxed before...But I think it's cause she didn't ask me to hold my skin or assist her. So yeah. Three tries and I'm just gunna test out another place.
