Great shop! They have high- end quality products. Very stylish and chic. The market price is high but the quality is very good. I bought one of their headphones the sounds is very good and I loved it.

eigentlich ein Muss beim Besuch von Kopenhagen: wir habe uns den Showroom angesehen und es war klar das wir nichts kaufen würden, dennoch war das Personal total hilfsbereit und meinem neugierigen Sohn gegenüber auskunftswillig! Und als dann Freddie Mercury im. Showroom mal die gesamte Dimension Bang und Olufsener Dynamic erklingen ließ und das auch noch mit Monsterflachbildschirm fühlte man sich wie live beim Konzert. Magne Tak!

La prima volta in assoluto che provo i prodotti B&O anche se li ho da sempre nel mirino.
In questo store ho provato il loro top di gamma, ovvero le H95, che dire me ne sono innamorato a tal punto che diventeranno il regalo di Natale perfetto per quest'anno.
Personale molto esperto e gentile.
Sarà una tappa fissa ogni volta che verrò a Copenaghen.

I bought my Beoplay H4 headphones one and a half years ago. Despite always treating them very carefully and transporting them in a hardcover box, the left ear pad became slightly loose a few weeks ago. The headphones would still work, but wearing them was uncomfortable and wobbly.

As I was well within the warranty period and this is marketed as a high quality product, I sent the headphones to B&O for repair.

You then notified me that the caused damages was self-inflicted which is frankly ridiculous. On top of that, you sent the headphones back to me in a completely broken state (I took a photo of it).

It is completely unacceptable that
- a new pair of headphones breaks after only one and a half years of regular use
- you refuse to repair a damage that is clearly a manufacturing defect and not self-inflicted
- you break the headphones completely and return a piece of electrical waste to me

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and helped in everyway possible. The staff are outstanding in not only with information but also being friendly, approachable and genuine.
It was a real pleasure to be in this store and it was very easy to make the purchase without feeling looked upon or coerced. I recommend anyone wishing to visit this flagship store to go and feel the couch in the viewing room tremble from the demo.
Loved the store and the service. Top quality items and staff.

I like the brand of B&O, but this shop is a shame. No air conditioning, so it 30 degrees inside. The shop assistant refused to give me H95 headphones to test in a silent room. Assuming that I (foreigner and person of color) can steal them.

After I promised them not steal headphones, I’ve found that they don’t have any pair prepared for such listening in the store. Let that sink in, there was no charged pair of B&O headline headphones in B&O headline store.

So I ask B&O management to react properly. I had a better image of B&O before my visit to this shop.

Very kind staff, they let us play on the biggest speakers and we stayed for almost 1 hour to chat about electronics with them.

Ended up buying the B&O h95 after this visit, and they are truly great!
