I have been purchasing here for the last couple years and always had excellent service. I mostly deal with Sylvia but all the staff I have interacted with front and back have been great. Most of the items have been in stock but when they weren't, usually arrived earlier than expected. Just got a Monaco tub that is beautiful and a Duravit toilet and soft close lid. Couldn't be happier.

Awesome staff! Lisa and her co-worker took their time explaining to me the convoluted set of functions that were compatible or not with the different lines of products when it came to the shower/tub valves and it was super helpful, and hooked me up with a great deal as well. Definitely the place to go.
