update Went a few days ago and saw Nancy to have my old gel x set removed and a new set put on. These are the best set I’ve had. I really love them! She did a really great job. Just make sure when you are booking your appointment that you clarify that you want your old set removed, so they book enough time because it does take quite a bit longer.

*update* someone from the team (Ethel) did reach out to me. Amazing customer service like I’ve known in the past. They acknowledged the issue, came up with a resolution, and a solution for future appointments. I’m really happy and I will be going in shortly to have another Gel X set done. *fingers crossed* I’ll update my review accordingly!

I submitted a customer satisfaction survey on August 16 about my visit from that same day. About incorrect removal and application of Gel X. That left me bleeding!! I have yet to hear a response. I have recommended this place SO many times over the years and I’m so upset about my visit that day, and even more upset that I have not heard from the salon to rectify the situation. I was waiting to write this review because I was hoping to hear from the salon to rectify the situation. I loved the set I had done by them previously. And want to continue coming there as it is my favourite nail salon.

I left a detailed explanation of everything that went wrong in the customer satisfaction survey on Aug 16. I have pictures documenting the some of the injuries I sustained. I would like to hear back from the salon with an apology, an explanation of how this will not happen again in the future, and compensation, for the fact that I paid extra to have a set (from their salon) improperly removed -they didn’t do a full soak off and improperly used an e-file to remove the remaining- causing damage to my nail bed and a new set improperly put on -by using too much extend gel and cutting my natural nail too short- which caused even more damage. I believe it was ultimately because the tech wasn’t familiar with how to properly remove and apply gel x, and wanted to treat it like a bio gel fill Instead, which is not a recommended by Aprés.

It was my first time visiting this nail salon and the experience was great. All staff are kind and welcoming. My nail lady was Joyce, she was able to create my nails identical to the inspo photo I gave her. She works very efficiently and it was a pleasure to speak with her during the process. I highly request anyone who is looking for a new go to nail salon to come to this one!!

I’ve enjoyed lovely manicures here for years - very friendly and impeccably detailed work - Kathy is particularly outstanding! My last shellac manicure with an iridescent powder finish was stunning - pix don’t do it justice, the subtle shimmer was quite beautiful and lasted over 2 weeks. I realize I’ve delayed posting a review for far too long - I want to support Ana’s business, she and her staff always make you feel appreciated as a client.

I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for years, and I keep coming back for a reason. The service is exceptional, the staff is friendly, and the results are always fantastic. The shellac manicure always last long. They have too many colours. My nails always come out perfect. Highly recommend.

Joana is amazing. She is so kind, friendly, and does an amazing job on my nails each and every appointment. This time I scuffed my nails the day after getting them done (my fault), went back to the salon and Suzy was able to fix it for me free of charge! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Have to leave another positive review! Nancy hits the mark every time, I just show her an inspo pic and she'll make it even BETTER. She is super patient and will take her time to deliver the best results. I also dropped my phone outside of their spa and they helped me find it, which I appreciate so much. I had a question about the pricing and they explained it with no issue (even tho i miscalculated it!) They have the best, most friendly customer service and quality to match.

I really enjoy going to Ana’s. Kim and Elana make my experience relaxing and soothing. They are kind and always offer excellent suggestions in choosing colours. They always inform me of the new colours. They make polite conversations that’s not intrusive or lengthy. I will continue to recommend my friends to get their nails done by them.
