HORRIBLE! I had an appointment at noon and didn’t see the doctor till 1:15pm because everyone went to lunch and forgot about me. A doctor came into the room and said she had no idea I was in there because everyone has gone to lunch and never told her. She asked me about my family history which was clearly written on the paperwork I filled out in the waiting room. The doctor wanted to get blood work done which I had already gotten a few weeks prior but said she needed new bloodwork to make sure there weren’t any mistakes. The doctor wouldn’t fill any Rx till I got my blood work done and made another appointment to come and get the results. I think I would be out of my mind to go back to this place.

Dear and admired Dr. Loy, my husband and I have had the privilege of having you as our primary doctor for several years. Since your partner died ( 2020 )and changes occurred in your office, I must say that the service has declined greatly. Your old team was much more helpful and efficient.
But what affects us most is that, it is never possible to see you , every time we go it is the same, an assistant who only speaks English is the doctor who sees both my husband and me. My case is not that serious, I'm just going for routine exams but my husband does need your help. Do you still work there? Please, I don't know what internal changes there are with your new partner but your patients need you. Your patients need your knowlege and your experience and the sweet young lady (physician assistant) is not the professional we need.
If you read this, I hope that you take note. Thank you.

Did my check up, went early morning, and my wait time was like 20 minute, better than I thought. I had worse at other office which was 2 hour. The PA was helpful, the prescription work 😀 my 1 month cough ended.

El Doctor es muy bueno, pero lamentablemente juegan con tu tiempo . El Lunes llegue 3:30 y eran las 5:30 de la tarde y aun no me habian atendido , toco irme porque estaba de permiso en el trabajo , cambie mi cita para hoy 12:40 del dia y cuando llego me dice que mi tiempo de espera es largo porque tengo 5 personas antes !!! Mi pregunta es porque esta oficina esta tan desorganisada con el tema de las citas. Por favor manager toma cartas en el asunto y organisa la oficina porque no pueden jugar con nuestro tiempo trabajamos por hora $$.

Dr Juan Loy is an awesome Doctor, he listens!!! He gives you quality time. He shows concern and compassion for his patients.Raquel is at the front desk is very efficient, & friendly.. Joann the nurse goes over and above for her patients.

Very great doctor, referral technician not so much/ she has no manners, rude, had no compassion for patients, nasty, disrespectful, hung up the phone on me, and would yell then she wouldn’t give me my referral, it took 3 hours, the manager had to sweet talk her to get give it to me. The doctor needs to hire a new and more respectful worker.

After 20+ years, its time to part ways with this office. At one point I could say I have the best PCP but unfortunately the office staff including office manager has made it evident that numbers and reimbursement is placed above patient care and satisfaction. I purchased a plane ticket to make this appointment today 3/23 only to be a labeled as aggressive because I stood up for myself! . Well, who wouldn't be if you were trying to move an appointment to an earlier date, then is offered a later one to see rhe PA?
It doesn't make sense that your staff canceled the appointment and stuck a later date in when I clearly stated that date was not going to work ( audio was reviewed) . Oh well, its time, to move on. I requested my records and was told there would be a charge once I give the name of my new PCP... is that your way of trying to hold my records hostage? I am entitled to my records, every last page of it!
In my opinion, this office sucks! Needless to say, I will take my BLACK AGGRESSIVE and LOUD self to someone who has appreciation for patient care. if Dr Loy's getting ready to be away on vacation for the summer doesn't allow for him to see 1 patient who spent $265 for a plane ticket to make the appointment with no illness or comorbities- a 15 minute visit for an annual physical that says a lot! Maybe it wasn't profitable to lose the cancellation fee!

Dr. Loy is the most dedicated, passionate and caring physician you will ever encounter. He is incredibly thorough and treats every single one of his patients like family. He is absolutely incredible!
