There are many pharmacies in the area I could choose from but I choose to go to Bernard P. Alicki. I lam always treated with respect and professionalism.
The customer service here is some of the best that I've seen. I am always greeted with a smile and a cheery hello.
My prescriptions are always filled quickly and they are ready when promised. If there is ever an issue concerning my medication, they make sure to contact my doctor to straighten it out and that makes things a lot easier on me.
I am quite happy to use Bernard P. Alicki as my pharmacy and I will continue to do so.

I'm not sure where to start with how unprofessional this pharmacy is. The only person who seems to be working is the tech that is in the front by the name of Cynthia. I have been going to this pharmacy with my mother for an extended period of time. And every visit except for 2 have been unpleasant. We have experienced where only 2/3rds of one medication was full and had to come back for it, when we were told everything was ready for pick up. We have experienced them losing a form that contained sensitive information on it, with a reaction of little to no remorse for them losing the paper. Concerning that incident we werent even given a courtesy call they lost it, we found out when we arrived to pick up her medication. Today we went to the pharmacy to get my mothers medication and fill out a form. Initially the lady was to bring the form out within five minutes. Five minutes swiftly turned to 15. Cynthia in the front went to the back approximately 2 more times to inform us the lady will be out shortly. When 30 minutes arrived we just left. It is as though the people that work in this pharmacy really do not care, not all the employees but ive seen enough of this poor behavior to say this. Each time we go, there are other patrons who have verbally expressed how unprofessional this pharmacy is. For people that are in the Healthcare field, the type of approach and attitude they have towards peoples health is deplorable.

Any Broward County Healthcare facility other than specialty care is just ridiculous. The dental facility at 7th avenue is unprofessional and negligent.
