Mason and his staff go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Mason custom-made my engagement and wedding band set precisely how I envisioned them. Please do not use chain jewelry stores because you are just a number to them and do not get the personal experience I received from Purity Diamonds. Mason has a customer for life.

Brought in my ring that was cracked and split the ring is about 50years old and mason and his team took care of me and had the ring fixed and polished in just a couple days customer service was amazing and the work was amazing as-well will for-sure be coming back.

I came in a few weeks ago for a pendant, for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. I had no previous knowledge of anything jewelry related so I was very weary and nervous about finding the right place but all that went out the window when I came to purity diamonds. Mason was amazing and thorough about the whole process, he was very informed which put me at ease, as this was very important to me. He was kind and walked me through the whole process and we talked about the piece for a while, he helped me pick out everything and made some amazing recommendations as well (lifesaver). Not only is their customer service top tier but their work is phenomenal and way above expectations. My boyfriend adores the pendant and it's his new favourite piece.
Everything was executed beautifully and even accommodating to my time frame. I will definitely be coming back here for anything I need and I can't recommend mason enough, as he was patient with me through everything!!! Love it here:)

I only have great things to say about this place. My wedding day was coming up and I needed a custom wedding band made. I was impressed with Mason's knowledge and how honest he was. He quoted my ring and gave me time to decide, I felt no pressure. Mason kept me updated on my ring. The end result of my wedding band was absolutely stunning. I have gone back on multiple occasions . The store is decorated very nice and everyone there is friendly.

They made my dream (upgraded) engagement ring and I honestly couldn’t be more in love with it. They were so patient with me through the process of making decisions and they were so quick to get it to us. Not only did they get me my dream ring but they also explained the processes to us and taught us about the different types of diamonds we could get.
