They created my account before the phone number was actually activated. I was charged one month of extra fee. When I tried messaging them to resolve the issue, they refused to return my messages. Pretty terrible customer service.
I would not recommend this place to anyone because they do not have any service whatsoever.

I had an amazing experience today purchasing a new phone. Fay offered exceptional service, she worked to put together the best offer possible for me and didn’t try and sell me anything above what I needed. Not only did it work out well for the purchase of a new phone, but she was also able to get me a better phone plan. Please do not trust anything that Faye says to you. She made a mistake while discussing plans and because of that mistake I had to pay 300$. This girl refuses to admit her mistake and blamed me for not understanding properly and so on
How rude of an employee to blame the customer when I have the discussion written down on my phone from my time there ?!?
Please fix her issues because this service is unacceptable.
