Disappointing experience. I waited 6 weeks to see this doctor. The office called me the day before my appointment to confirm the appointment and because I wasn't able to call back before 12noon the day before to confirm (was in meetings all day), they automatically cancelled my appointment. They called me 4 times the morning before to confirm and in top of that they only gave me a few hours to confirm after I waited 6 weeks for the appointment. Ridiculous! Normal practices will call you to confirm even a week in advance. When I called to try to confirm and check if my appointment was still on, the clerk offer me another appointment in a month. I politely declined and hang up. So ridiculous if I'm going to wait another 6 weeks to get the appointment cancelled again. Besides, there are so many great doctors around and I shouldn't have to wait this long or tolerate such a bad patient services.

I had a bad experience at a couple other Gastro practices such as no access to the MD, poor communication, non-practical diagnoses. Dr. Crenshaw is one of the best with his communication, attention to detail, compassion, and if you are having a hard time getting into his practice its because people who need help go there. Dr. Crenshaws practice is exceptional compared to my experiences with GANV and other gastros.

I will never forget how tired Dr.Crenshaw looked after he was done with me. I had 21 polyps. 14 were precancerous and staged to go rogue and kill me. He saved my life. He is the best of the best. I know, becuase I wouldn't be writing this now. Take the colonoscopy seriously. You're in good hands with Dr.Crenshaw. PS- the anathesiologist always wins.

in this office, you have to pay any amount you owe, before or at the time of the appointment, because if not the doctor does not take care of you, and it is an appointment that corresponds to you, after a procedure that you have done, to explain everything related to the procedure, it is not ethical, he is one of few doctors who work not with the heart, if not thinking about his pocket, never going again.
