From the moment I first spoke with Mr Joseph Evans, I knew I was in good hands. There are some moments you have with certain professionals, where you just know, within the first minute of speaking with them, and they put your mind at ease, you can just tell, you've got the right guy for the job!

Long story short, I was having trouble with my landlord keeping me in unhealthy conditions in my apartment, and I wanted out of my lease. Joe to the rescue! He wrote a demand letter that was perfect, citing clauses and statutes, and where the landlord was in breach of the lease agreement, that my landlord within 24 hours of receiving that letter, agreed to let me out of my lease effective immediately and hassle free.

I am certain that without Joe's services this would have been impossible. I will definitely be calling him again if I ever need legals services in the future!
