Great place great prices what’s not to like here

Overpriced, no return, mind as well buy it from Mayc’s . Perfume worth $20 , they sell it for $60. Owner wont let do return, her reason “its a Mall price” her pricing is not reasonable. Worker tried to help but she can’t do much.

I just went to this store for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by the sheer variety of products. They are very knowledgeable and the prices are awesome. They had my favorite fragrance in stock (which I believed to be discontinued) and they seem to have some really hard to find stuff that's no longer available in department stores.... I'm very happy with my purchase.

We got to Tanforan right before they closed but the lady who works here has the patience to show me a couple of colognes that I was thinking about buying for my boyfriend. She was so nice and I appreciate her excellent customer service! Although I didn't buy anything, I'd go back there to purchase a name brand cologne or perfume because of the wholesale price. Totally recommend this place!

I LOVE this place better prices better to go here than Macy’s! Even find perfumes that you might of worn back in the day!! This place is always up to date on what is out too! I bought a jadore there lady sold me a open box perfume and never said it's a final sale. She was too busy with her personal phone call to give me any details. Got home it's the wrong fragrance. Tried to return it. But was told no refund. Asked for.the manager and she said she is the manager. Asked for the owner and answer was NO . WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS

Bad customer service. And items are the same price as Macy’s... Lady was on FaceTime and sold me the wrong item. Tried to return it and she was acting like it my fault even tho she was the one who wrapped it and put in the bag.
