I don’t know what happened to the company but they are not doing good! I bought a full bottle of a fragrance and after 10 days of no news from them I decided to email them! The answer was that they don’t have the item in stock and I had to wait another 10 days for them to get the cologne in order to ship it. I asked for my refund and now is 4 days since that and no refund yet!

This is actually my second time signing up for ScentBox. The selection of fragrances is by far the best out of all the available subscription services. And, I also think the pricing is very fair for the quality/quantity/presentation.

The last time I stopped my subscription because the interface is very frustrating to use. Especially the way the search feature is setup.

I received an email back from one of the co-founders saying "...We are working to launch our more user friendly website in the near future and truly appreciate your suggestions, comments."

Hoping "near future" actually means soon.

I highly recommend that everyone gives Scent Box a try. The founders email you to say thank you and ask for your feedback and ideas. They're very friendly and genuinely caring young men. Keep in mind that everyone has different tastes in scents just as we all have different tastes in food and everything else, so if you post about Scent Box, please be respectful to the company and customers..as you want to be respected. Don't say things like 'It smells like an old woman ' which is disrespectful to all older women. Just state that it's not to your liking, this is the mature way. Scent Box is a wonderful company and I wish them all the best. Give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed. God bless you. Elva Petrosky

I am new to Scentbox but have wanted to subscribe for a long time. Now I think to myself, why didn't I subscribe sooner bc I need these wonderfully, new fragrances in my life. Scentbox allows me to try out different perfumes to see if I want to invest in a larger bottle. If I am not happy with my monthly fragrance, I can just send it back and get a different scent. I also wanted to mention the personal email I received from the 2 owners sharing their appreciation of my joining the subscription. They also wanted to know if I had any suggestions for improvements in their company. At this point (I just joined) I have none. Receiving that email was just such a nice, surprising, and thoughtful thing to do. This showed me that they really cared about their cùstomers and want better if needed. Thank you Scentbox.

Signing up was super easy. My scent box with my first 3 scents came fairly quickly and the scents I got smell delicious!! I Love the idea of having high end perfumes at my fingertips!!!

I’ve had such a great experience with this company, they’re kind, helpful and truly care about their customers. I got lucky I was suggested to go with scentbox. Plus their founders will email you just to make things right and they’re very very humble and sweet. Very grateful to be apart of the scentbox family ❤️

This company had a very misleading checkout process. I was only buying a gift subscription. However, at checkout there was also a monthly subscription in my cart, which I did not put in my cart. Just be careful when you checkout, or you could be charged for an unwanted monthly subscription. Not sure if I would order again. Very deceptive business practice

Customer Service Line for Scentbox is useless. They never know anything and have no desire to help whatsoever. There’s a lady always answering the phone and for any issue encountered she has helped me with nothing, always cuts me off and offers no promotional discount or assistance when there’s has been an order delay for weeks. Terrible, terrible help from this company. I truly thought they had such an amazing variety of products, but if I take customer service into account, HANDS down with Scentbird. Scentbird has a 100% better service.
