I stumbled across this company a month ago. Love the handmade, lake friendly, all-natural products. The soaps are awesome and have been using the lip balm now that it's snowing here. Looking forward to trying out the dog shampoo on the pup. They shipped my products out the day I ordered and they arrived the next day, with a hand written "thank you" card and a couple of extra products which was so generous!

I have been buying my soap from Lake of the Woods going on 4 years now and its all because I stumbled upon their booth at the farmers market in Kenora on my travels. 🙂 There is no turning back for me because I am hooked! I have never been so excited for something to come in the mail! Every one of the soap bars available is amazing and they smell FANTASTIC! AMAZINGGGG customer service and I always feel like a valued customer no matter what. Thank you for being so wonderful. Heres to many more years of amazing Soap!

Jackie has been so helpful. As soon as you order online, you get an automatic confirmation email and she will email you right away if she needs to clarify something. I must be a frustrating customer because I tend to order one thing at a time, but she’s always so patient and treats me like an important customer. I really appreciate her little personal touches to things as well. The curb-side pick up has been great!! Thank you!
