I have to say that the senior staff is very knowledgeable w/the product and service. They are the heart of Dillards. My only complaint would be w/an older lady who had an issue w/the gift wrapping.

Bought some shoes online in store. Returned shoes a few days later (not worn) and the ONLY option they could provide me was a cash option to refund me. Super annoying as I don’t bank here locally so I have no need for cash nor can I deposit it anywhere. Had to get it on a gift card then go upstairs try to find customer service then ask for a conversion back to my credit card. Classic example of why I don’t shop big department stores.

Mi experiencia en Dillars comprando a sido un éxito!! Amy Self me ha atendido como reina en la estación de Tom Ford, es una vendedora espectacular, en una compra anterior me regaló una muestra y hoy regresé para comprar ese perfume. Y en Jo Malone estación Jacob T, es otro talento de muchacho me vendió lo que no estaba buscando. 100% recomendables.

This is my go to ALL TIME FAVORITE STORE for clothes, shoes, household items,gifts,furniture, etc!!! Sales are fantastic!! High quality merchandise!! What you see is definitely what you get!!!!

Tried ordering an item that was no longer available online Melonie was super helpful and found the store had one left. Told them I would be driving from Austin 3.5 hours each way. Asked if they could hold it so I could drive on my off day. Naven told me no didnt seem to care at all. No effort in working with me to make the purchase, no empathy in a people centered business. Find a different store they will treat you better especially if you are making larger purchases. They also do not ship from this location because they offer no secure form of payment options, missed opportunity in 2024. Other Dillard's offered to assist but didn't have this item and the location will not accept payment to have it shipped to them.

Dillard's has furniture! I was surprised to see this on my way to the customer service area. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I was treated with courtesy even though I wasn't buying. Prices are great! When I need a leather sofa I'm going back.
