The customer service was great in helping me cancel my subscription he was very helpful and nice wasn’t pushy at trying to convince me not to cancel, as for the product not a happy camper all the oils I received with the exception of my first two were delivered leaking which damaged my diffuser and I was unable to get a replacement without paying $150 since my warranty expired a month prior. What a disappointment and I had two subscription and that second diffuser is now experiencing the same issue how convenient. I don’t recommend the mini diffuser it’s a waste of money. Oh and the sad thing is they’re aware of the problem which I was informed from another representative and all she could tell me is they’ve been working on improving it. Don’t purchase the $99 deal not worth it.

I love my Aroma 360. It just adds an extra elegance to my home. The best part is the customer service. Whenever I have any issues such as exchanging the scent or shipping issues, the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Most recently, Joanna helped me when the bottle leaked during delivery and she promptly sent a replacement.

Such a beautiful boutique store with amazing aromas and so many options to choose from. Candles, diffusers, oils, gosh, everything smells soooo good! ☺️ I didn’t want to leave the store haha
The staff is very friendly as well, store manager Krishna is a nicest lady, we glad that we met her! Overall I’m very happy with the diffuser and with the oils that we picked ?

This is the worst product and company ever. I bought my second diffuser in two months, and it stopped working after two days. They leak oil, stop working, and the oil ends up leaking inside and all over the plastic bag. Then, they try to upsell you a subscription that requires signing up for 36 months, which will cost over $3000. Stay far away from this company. There are better alternatives out there. and furthermore, the reviews on their website are fake because if you try to go to their website and leave a review, you cannot there’s no way of leaving them a review so they only put the best reviews there so don’t believe the reviews on the company website

The customer service is absolutely terrible, and the quality of the products is even worse! I purchased three different mini diffusers, and I had to return each one twice because they were not effective at all. Not only was it a waste of time, but the fragrance oil was also wasted in the process. I've cancelled my three-month subscription, but I haven't received any replies to my emails. I've sent a diffuser for the third time and I'm still waiting for a response on when they will send me an efficient diffuser.

I absolutely love my Aroma360 scent diffuser! As someone who is passionate about fragrances, I can confidently say that the aroma of "My Way" is simply amazing. Every time I walk into my home, I’m greeted by a delightful scent that transforms the atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to exploring more scents in the future! Additionally, the customer service experience was top-notch. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, handling my inquiries promptly and with a friendly demeanor. It was such a pleasure to speak with her. I am enjoying my hotel quality fragrances from Aroma 360 so much! As a subscriber, it means so much when I need to call in or email a change to my quarterly fragrance shipment. Alexandra is always responsive and handles my requests promptly. I love the “can do” attitude and appreciate the professionalism very much. My experience with this company has been great!
