I just came in literally five seconds and horrible attitude experience. Older lady with no customer service experience with attitude that probably needed a life break or whatever. Horrible just took off ...save myself and this establishment with time of not doing business. ? Sucks

Yo pienso que las personas que dicen que el personal es muy "atento y amable" han de ser sus familiares.
si bien es verdad hay variedad, pero las 3 veces que he ido la atención es NEFASTA y arrogante.
te atienden con ganas de no venderte y hay una mujer que te ve y te trata como si fueras basura.
Ahora entiendo porque siempre estan solos.
A demas los precios nunca son exactos y engaños.
Es mejor ir a los otros de los dos negocios que están en la misma plaza, sun moon o cosmétic palace.

I had been curious about this place for 2 years. I found myself finally going inside today & as soon as I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a middle aged man wearing glasses asking “what he could do for me?” which came off very cold. It’s pretty evident that it’s a perfume shop from the outside & I walked in their establishment browsing their inventory. Furthermore, after explaining to this man that I was only searching, he begun to shove cheap smelling perfumes in my face, after the second perfume was put in-front of me I expressed that I was not fond of the particular brand for its “flower” like fragrances. After feeling uncomfortable because of this encounter, I stepped away & continued looking around. I was then greeted by this same man at a different counter across the store as if he was following me. When we began our exchange on the other side of the store I began to inquire about a different brand of fragrances. This man pointed to a sign in Spanish, which I do not speak. He then says in broken English that I am only allowed to smell up to 4 perfumes and no more than that, so he was insinuating that I needed to use my last two wisely. Lol! Me being a frequent perfume shopper at other establishments, I was so taken back by this statement, I began to ask this man if he was joking, he pointed to the same sign in Spanish with a straight face. I then told the two employees standing at counter I would spend my money elsewhere & walked out. Do not recommend this establishment if you are not familiar with them already…

Decent variety of popular men's cologne and perfume. Great variety of Women's fragrances. Affordable off-brand colognes for those on a tight budget. Good customer service ... My advice to first time customers is to bring at least $60, You won't be disappointed with there prices. Will continue to shop at The Perfume City for deals on popular men varieties. Would have gave Perfume City five stars but didn't because of the unsightly graffiti on the building and the Tent City near by. I know some people don't care about things like that and that's awesome. Take care.
