Shipped package with insufficient protective packing; arrived late and utterly leaking, so much so that carrier had to put it in the bag. Despite multiple photos being sent, ForeverLux refused to help and was frustratingly slow to respond. No option for insurance was provided and no claim can be made, as they did not apply any degree of insurance to the shipment. Very unprofessional, worst online shopping experience I have had for a long time. I highly suggest using a different retailer, even if a tad more expensive, as this is a business that lies, stating: "We are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied". A joke. Learn from my bad experience, save your self the time and hassle, just stay away!

Just placed my second order and can't wait to get these two new (for me) fragrances! Their selection is incredible; and they included a very nice coupon from my first order that helped with this one!

I found a few fragrances with a great price. I ordered a few and my payment went through with no issues. Today I get an email that said there was a glitch in their system and they cancelled my whole order. The items are in stock but now with an inflated price. I have consistently been purchasing from them for a while now. I contacted support through chat and they keep saying they emailed me already and then disconnected the chat. They should honor the price they advertise especially after taking payment.

I’ve purchased from Foreverlux many times. I’ve almost always had great experiences with them, aside from a couple of times where tester bottles had clearly been used, but they were quick to let me return those for a refund. Other than that, almost all of my other orders (which are many) were delivered with no issues. I recommend them, but just be careful about testers. And be very careful and thorough in your emails to customer service to make sure there aren’t any misunderstandings.

My husband had purchased a bottle of versace and it smells like piss i had looked on the box and it said TESTER NOT FOR SELL ILLEGAL SALE i also compared it to my REAL VERSACE and it DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME SMELL it stinks so bad PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
