In the 18 years that I've financed a vehicle this has been the worst experience by far. I fell behind on my car payment after being out of work. The car was repossessed and 2 weeks later I retrieved it before it went to auction. My car has damage to the driver's side fender, passenger side bumper and a rim. It also needs a new differential system because the tow company didn't tow the vehicle properly and it's AWD. I called Flagship Credit and also filed a claim with MVTrac and my claim was denied leaving me stuck with the repairs out of pocket. This is in no way shape or form fair to me because my car was not damaged because I didn't take the vehicle in for service, ignored repair suggestions or anything of that matter, but because the company they entrust their business did not take care of my vehicle. They didn't care how I would be affected by their careless actions. Flagship Credit has not done anything to make this right, but they still expect to receive a payment on a car that does not work to it's full potential. I have expressed my frustrations and concerns to several managers and to their reinstatement department without any help, empathy or anything. If that isn't insulting then tell me what else would top it because I'm at a loss right now. I wish that I had a different lender because this company is not good.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company in regard to my auto loan. Throughout the life of the loan, I have made my monthly payments on time, and I have recently paid off the loan in full. However, I have encountered several issues that I feel are unacceptable.
First, I was informed that the company only reports to the credit bureaus every three months. This delay in reporting has had a negative impact on my credit score and financial standing, despite my consistent payments. When I called their office to address this issue, I was told that both the shipping of my vehicle title and the reporting to the credit bureau would be expedited due to the company's failure to report in a timely manner.
As of now, I have yet to receive my title or see any updates in my credit report, and this has caused further frustration. I find this lack of transparency and service unacceptable. I expected better, especially after fully paying off my loan.
This experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend your company to anyone seeking an auto loan. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly.

Totally spellbound by this company's ignorance. "We have a glitch", they say. After reading their reviews when I purchased a new car, they would report it to the credit bureaus. they have this year one time. This is false advertising my lawyer says. We are thinking of suing. They think they are empowered and if I could leave negative reviews it would be a number close to the many months they have cheated me out of credit repair by their ignorance. Be leary of this company what they advertise they don't do.
Worst company in this world. They have stopped communicating with me entirely. Terrible customer relations. Let's file a class action suit against them.

This company needs to be band from giving out loans. Flagship is ridiculous about calls and it should be a lawsuit against the number of calls this company makes. Someone in higher authority needs to review why the notes are not placed in the system when was the last call attempt. And if call was made why was there any notations. Also if you request a supervisor there should be one. Not someone pretending to be one. Also people should not be hounded after a month of non-payment. At least give clients 3 months. But everyday and then to say that you don't see that in the notes. Someone needs to investigate this company long and hard. This is just pathetic

I would leave zero stars if I could. This company has refused to report to the credit bureau for the last 9 months saying they had a system upgrade. I have been repetitively lied to by the call center if I can even get someone who speaks English well enough to understand. They say they will call back. Don't ever expect a call back they won't. I have filed complaints with several agencies. It shouldn't be this difficult to get them to report positive payments. Bet if I missed one they would report that! What a joke of a company. Buyers beware! It wouldn't be so bad if they would've at least called back or gave a date when things would be back on track. I'm a reasonable person if they would just communicate. But they refuse to call back.Because they have no answers. I'm sure I will get some generic response again but I don't care if it helps someone not get stuck with these jokers. I've been fighting this battle since November now it is August.

My sister borrowed a car from someone who used them. The company took the car back with her things in it and there is NO WAY to contact them to get her things back. We will be contacting a lawyer and I strongly recommend NOT going with this company

It wont let me give 0 stars, After 4 years of on time payments, (53 total payments) my loan was almost paid off and I was ready to pay my loan off and trade up, My car was totaled by an idiot who was texting and driving, My insurance paid the loan off in full, which first flagship gave both me in and insurance company the run around stating they having received the check or the insurance company didn't write the check to the right address (which is an ongoing issue with flagship for every case according to the insurance company). The customer services reps since this started (august 16th 2024) have been rude, disregarding and disrespectful. The first rep I spoke with, when my insurance made the decision to pay out, told me she would cancel out my Gap insurance and once they received the full payout, they would refund me the gap insurance, the rep I spoke to today, (after they finally processed the insurance's check) "Nobody would tell you that, there is a process we don't do that" and continued run around, Basically I have been given the run around since the accident has occured. At this point, basically get names, ID numbers and record every conversation had with flagship. Not to mention, flagship did not report my payments to my credit report from April of 2023, until now, it showed a $0 balance as of April of 2023, but open, once I filed a complaint with the BBB, they reported to the credit bureau that now I have an $8030 balance which again affects my credit, which affected me getting a new vehicle at a higher payment and higher interest rate, What is an already stressful situation, is now turned into something even worse. Do not use them if you can help it.

If I could leave zero stars I would, This company service has been horrible, I’ve sent multiple emails, and called to speak with supervisor, and nobody will help me they say I’m on a list for a supervisor to call me back, and nobody has called back, I am trying to pay my truck in full but they do not give forgiveness letters, or good will removal, even when trying to pay my truck in full!! I would recommend going to other auto loan companies that care more about their customers and are more compassionate about life situations, instead of being people they collect money from!!!
I will remove and leave a way better review once someone is able to help me.
