I had my phone screen repaired with a 6 month warranty which so far has worked out after two weeks. The person behind the counter recommended a screen protector for the added protection, it was pricey but I took it as it seemed logical and he would install it. Days later the screen started shattering and cracking like 'candy glass' and was obviously useless and seemed like a faulty poor product. The same person behind the counter told me that I had dropped it which I had not, but even if true, was the case and screen protector not intended to protect against a few drops, the screen protector started cracking in multiple places right away. I returned for assistance under warranty and was informed only a discount on a new screen protector would be offered. This would be one star but the phone screen is working out and it was bought as a package. The screen protector was extremely low quality.

I gave my Samsung S21 Ultra for screen repair and he (Umair Technician) diagnosed on the spot and repaired the phone within 1 hour and gave me a good deal for a screen protector and a case after repair.

Best place in town would recommend everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sent a phone in to get fixed and not even an hour later it was broken. The screen was unusable and there is a white bar on the left screen. I can’t believe this. I feel sick to my stomach. I can’t go on any longer without my phone. DO NOT COME HERE!! WORST PHONE REPAIR SHOP!!

They also haven’t sent me the receipt nor called when it was ready. So unprofessional.

One of the worst service I had to say due to false advertising from Facebook. I have a iPhone xs max stopped working after been into shallow waters (Typical iPhone quality) found ad on Facebook got a quote for repairs for $60 wow amazing, got to a nearby store only brampton and the guy was like wow $60? If it wasn't I wouldn't be Here. Then it took over a month before I decided to contact them since it doesn't work (the ad states repair within an hours while you wait) lol anyways a month later, the motherboard is damaged costing over $500 decided to take it back as agreement was free diagnostics... anyways extremely false advertising... should have at least charge me $100 for a month's long wait.

Solved my problem in reasonable time and price were low, too. Great quality of work and services. Would love to visit again for sure and will recommend to others as well.
