All the big box stores stocked Halloween in the summer and now they're already in Christmas decor meanwhile Party City is living in reality and is actually stocking Halloween products in October before Halloween. I gave them my business and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for seasonal stuff. Bonus points for the funny mask selections!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered Helium filled Balloons and bought a bunch of decorations on Monday, with a pickup date of Thursday, last night at 5pm. Woke up to the balloons on the floor, not inflated. Called and was told Latex Balloons only stay up for 12 hours, foil for 24 hours, and I "would have been told that when I bought them, I must have forgotten!" ...I am in CS, and I would NEVER speak to customer like that! I advised her I was NOT told that, or I would not have scheduled a pickup for Thurs, when the party is Saturday! Asked to have the supervisor call me since holding for her was going to be 5-10 minutes. Was told she MAY NOT BE able to call me as their priority today is packing up the Halloween decorations!! Pretty pathetic that dealing with a customer service issue is not deemed to be more important than putting away inventory. I tried to call back and ask for supervisor and on hold "all associates are busy...."... tired of waiting. You have lost a customer, and there will not be a person I don't advise to steer clear of your store! My inflated balloons from the Dollar Store last almost a week!

Do not go here. One of the staff members was insanely rude and honestly racist. Clearly the team has some sort of attitude problem and was trying to take it out on us. We were shopping casually for our BIRTHDAY and were harassed by a staff member telling us that we can’t lounge around like it’s our house and to be better. This was ridiculously rude and not a comment you should make to a paying customer. As well when we confronted her, she doubled down and said that we were in the store for too long and that wasn’t normal. We asked if there was any rule against this and she had no response. Insane way to treat people. I hope she’s dealt with and fixes her customer service skills, really embarassing and quite frankly disappointing to see. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I ordered balloons for my daughter’s birthday, and they blew up a number 1 instead a of a number 2. When my husband went to pick up, they refused to change it to the 2 until he paid for the additional balloon. When we ordered I clearly said 2, and they even brought the number “2” balloon to my pile of balloons. I guess because someone on their end made an error after the fact it becomes our problem?

Not my first bad experience at this location either….Ordered balloons for a bridal shower, and when arriving for pick up at the scheduled time, we had to wait 2 hours for the balloons.

I will never be purchasing anything from this party city location again!

I am deeply disturbed by a recent experience at Party City Milton. I have been a loyal customer for years, frequently purchasing decorations for various events. However, during my latest visit, I encountered an alarming instance of racial discrimination.

I was approached by a new manager (whose name I do not know but could be Lay, Lei, or Lea), who asked me to leave my bag at the front counter or that she would need to go through it. As a working professional, my laptop and valuables are in my bag, so this request was unusual and concerning. Despite several other customers with tote bags not being asked to leave theirs, I was singled out. This felt like a clear case of racial profiling, as I was the only South Asian customer with a tote bag in the store at that time.

This experience left me shaken and distressed. Having spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years, I am appalled by the disrespect and racist behavior I faced. Such treatment is unacceptable and deeply hurtful.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This incident has significantly impacted my perception of Party City Milton.

Had a very good experience at this store. They are very considerate and friendly. Recommend this location over the other nearby cities. Lailanie was such a nice person who went out of her way for me.

Lots of selection even good ethnic choices and very reasonable price. Certainly worth it as you see merchandise right there and touch and feel so very sure what you are getting

Deflated within 2 hours. Was told I had to bring them back within that time frame in order to receive any customer service. In the middle of a bday party, I can’t leave guests to return balloons. Terrible service, want to warn others of such a pathetic customer experience. Buy balloons elsewhere.
