You can find almost all popular Korean cosmetic products here and that too at a fair price. Plus the lady at the counter was very polite and patient. She helped me a lot in buying the products that my girlfriend wanted!

We saw this store and were so happy to have found a physical store for K-beauty and J-beauty products in the city. I appreciate the prices have to be a bit higher with it being a physical store and that you can actually try the products then and there, instead of guess work with online ordering.
The reason im giving a one-star is the staff. One of them (taller one) was super helpful but the other (shorter one), kept looking and watching as if I was going to steal the products. It was an uncomfortable experience. I asked her about the price of one of the products which was marked as 30% off on the shelf (none of the products had price tags). She said the price and then said "Its not on sale. Its already so cheap." And the laughed at me. Now I dont know why she assumed I was Im think its expensive. I was shocked at how rude she was. Like you have put the sale sign on it and then have the nerve to humiliate me because I ask you about it? Dont put the misleading signs then. Over the last year I have spent over $2k on my routine K beauty products online for myself and family. I so wanted to buy from your shop. but I'd much rather buy online now and have respect for myself, why go through such uncomfortable experience anddddd pay more for the products too. Will never buy from your shop and will never recommend to anyone. Keep your cheap attitude and products.

Visited the store yesterday. Store girl acknowledged all Asian customers but ignored the non Asian ones. I asked a question but she turned away and started chatting with the other girl. Products on shelf were a little dirty- rather buy from k beauty Australia- much nicer staff.
