Such lovely staff with local authentic korean experience on korean beauty products. Yeonjin was so lovely and took time to explain suitable products for my skin which is going through a change at the moment. Highly recommend a visit if you are like me looking for a true korean beauty experience in Australia

Overall my experience was really bad. The staffs were really nice but it’s hard to return the stuff. Poor customer service in online too. I bought a stuff and it was wrong and I wanted to exchange it but the staffs were nice but they didn’t proceed the exchange not the return as they said it’s opened. I haven’t even touch the stuff to be honest . I got the stuffs and went the same day to exchange the product but they denied and they didn’t wanted to change the product too. The products are over expensive comparing to w cosmetics and other Korean store. No hate to staffs cause they were nice.

Will I go again?

I gave 2 stars as the retail assistant was so rude. I went there last Friday and wanted to buy a toner for me. I already know which toner I want, but I just wanted to look around by myself. They kept asking me here and there when I already said I'm all good. And the worst thing was, when I just roaming around there, one of them returned some serums in the same rack where I was standing in a really rude way. She literally like smashed the things in front of me. Omg, I just couldn't stand the behaviour and wanted to leave soon. And the way she talked, it's so sickening.

Wow! I visited the shop quite frequently since I worked at the center. The products, testers and especially the customer services are immaculate all the time! The ladies are respectful, knowledgeable and helpful ?. Definitely a must go-to when it comes to cosmetics & skincare ❤️
