Disastrous - avoid! Travelled in from Oxfordshire to have a battery replaced, provided all the relevant information a week in advance of my appointment (as only in London for the day). They open at 10am, I'm standing in the queue at 10.05am and receive an email from them saying they don't have the battery in stock and I would need to leave the phone with them for approx. 2 days!! (Ended up at the Apple Store on Regent Street who were absolutely brilliant and apologised on behalf of their partners at Select). I will obviously never use Select again

Took my computer for repair because they had an earlier available appointment than Apple Regent St and they are Apple verified. The entire process was convoluted with a lot of hidden charges. Took way longer than expected. Would not recommend to anyone.

Update: my order number is 20050468

I have emailed and called for clarification on the quote and have received no answer. Please respond ASAP

Update 2: Over 24 hrs and no response despite multiple attempts through different channels. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Lukas was extremely knowledgeable and patient, he took time and attention in helping me to choose the right iPad and accessories - thank you Lukas. I would definitely buy Apple products from here again. For me this was a much better and less stressful experience than shopping in the Apple Store. 5*

Booked an appointment for a repair here, found the staff very unhelpful. They wanted to charge almost £30 to clean the charging port. I took the phone to the actual Apple Store and this is a service they offer free of charge.

Do not approach these people. The worst customer service. The manager of this shop hardly knows anything about apple products and definitely not the same level of customer service. Save yourself some time and go directly to the apple store.

Don’t waist time coming here. The staff was very rude. We had an appointment to fix our Home Pod. The lady at the counter asked us to wait standing while there was a table with chairs free for us to sit down. Also they don’t have the same services of the Apple store
