A great selection of products. And most importantly fantastic customer service. Associate Jennifer was amazing helping me pick out a variety of clothes for my nephews and nieces.

I love this brand. This branch as fairly large and you can find almost everything. Well, honestly there is nothing much for boys. 🙁
The staff are super friendly and polite. I enjoy shopping here

It’s a great location. It’s a decent sized carters that is always stocked. I visit often and do curb side pick up as well. The staff here is always friendly. Also, it’s hardly busy even during peak times so it’s easier to find what you are looking for.
My favourite place to go it towards the back where they have the sale/clearance items for boys. They have so many items there is almost all of the sizes so I always find what I’m looking for.

Carter's is a more expensive clothing store now for kids but they do have sales on all the time and sizes are easy to find.

I went into this location because I was close by, and after my experience there today, I will never return. The manager kept watching and following me, no matter which area of the store I was in, and when I was ready to exchange something, she kept hounding me about my receipt. The receipt I brought in had the items I wanted to exchange on there, but she kept asking about the receipt before that because she couldn’t see the original exchange info — this is not something a customer always thinks of or has on hand, and therefore should not be hounded about. If anything, it would be on the previous cashier for not inputting the information in correctly. The difference was ~$3 owed back to me and she hounded me about my method of payment, as well. I assured her I paid with my debit card and she wanted me to show her. When I did, the numbers were different and I said it’s because I paid with Apple Pay. She then realized that those numbers would be different and carried on, without apologizing for interrogating me. She made me feel like I was trying to scam her — all for a $3 difference. This is not my usual experience when I shop at other Carter’s/Osh Kosh locations, so I will make the conscious decision to never return to this store. She made me feel uncomfortable and people like that should not be in management, let alone work in a store that caters to children and people who shop for their children — it’s insulting!

Great selection on newborn and baby clothes. They also have matching set, crib sheets, bibs, shoes and more. They usually have sales so best to shop when items are on sale.
