I am so sick and tired of buying produce here and having it not even last three days. I paid $10 for a bag of sweet potatoes. I used it that same day, and 4 out of the 9 potatoes looked like a Dang loofa. Don't get me started on how nasty the onions are. Those might at least last two weeks but they're usually full of mold and half rotten on the inside. For such a busy store, I thought they they would have high turnover of produce and that it would be fresher and last longer boy, have I been wrong. I bought zucchini and Yellow Squash about 5 days ago 2 days ago I went to use the last night Yellow. Squash, it was a dark gray color and already molding.It was horrible at least the zingini was still fine I bought zucchini and Yellow Squash about 5 days ago 2 days ago I went to use the last night Yellow. The picture does not show exactly how gray that yellow squash was, and it was slimy. Seriously.With how much we are paying for groceries nowadays they should really be held accountable. Not only is the pricing bullshit so is their nasty produce.

Large store ... not so great product!
I've been somewhat dedicated to SS for decades, however I keep forgetting to stay clear of this location as the quality and freshness of produce is much lower, as is the selection. It's odd as this is a large store, however, if looking for fresh produce, and selection (ie: Rapini) is rather low.
Kingsway location offers fresher pickings!
My rating is solely based on FRESH produce as it is what truly matters.
P.S. Mushrooms misted w.H2O = WRONG!! Stop watering the fungi =(

my wife and I placed an order for grocery delivery and wanted to use 50$ in points. they didn't use the points and sent the order. when we emailed regarding the issue, they never responded. when we called about the issue they said there was nothing they could do. this is not the first time this has happened. superstore has the worst customer service and we will not be shopping PC anymore. it feels like a rip off and we can get food and other goods at much more reasonable prices with ACTUAL customer service.

The store is well maintained. The volume of customers is large so certain items move very quickly. Their price is very competitive. They have meat, sea food fresh and frozen. Vegetables and fruits are fresh too. Their No name products are well priced way lower than other brands and Similar in quality. The clothes section is reasonable and you get more points on your Optimum Card. Their kids section is well stocked. The Pharmacy products are well priced. The Optimum Card points is an incentive as you can use the points in Super store or Shopper's Drug Mart. Weekends they have an extra bonus of some product if purchase is made for the amount stipulated along with the points. The Online grocery shopping in this Store is good, prompt. The product chosen is good and it helps saves time. There are more incentives for online shoppers. Overall it's a great place to shop.

I had an unfortunate situation at the store a few days ago - it’s a long story but in a nutshell I asked multiple times for help in the store to find a wheelchair as I am disabled and was in a lot of pain that day and had 2 ice packs bandaged around my knee - I asked for assistance finding the 3 items I needed as I was struggling to walk the aisles not finding what I needed - what should have been a quick 10 min thing turned in to over an hour on my feet walking and using the floor and pallets to sit on to take breaks - I was also told several times to go find the wheelchair somewhere in the store - all the many staff I asked for help from wouldn’t help - I paid and asked for help to my car and no one would - I made it to the front doors and had to sit so I asked the security guard to get up off bench so I could sit - he refused at first to help first telling me to call 911 for help - I was crying at this point and hollering loudly asking for someone to please call someone to help me carry my bags to my car - eventually the security guard helped saying it’s not his job he doesn’t work for the store - he’s Intelligarde - I left my name and number with Managment asking for a call back and finally got to speak to the GM today - she was very helpful and kind, empathetic to the situation and has assured me that’s not how they do things and that they are in the business of customer service and the problem will be addressed - I’m very hopeful that they will rectify this so that no one else has to go through what I went through on Saturday - which is physically and emotionally still affecting me today 3 days later -
