Ordered this Tag Heure Carrera Calibre 16 from TRR which stated in the description that the box and manual was included, but no pictures of the box and manual were supplied. After receiving the watch I was severely disappointed to find the box damaged and the wrong Owner's manual supplied. Also, no warranty card or any other paperwork. The watch itself was exactly as described, in nearly perfect shape, but with high tech counterfeiters today how can I trust this watch to be authentic without the accompanying collateral, the wrong manual, and a box that looked too old for such a perfect watch. Very disappointed in the real real and will be shopping elsewhere for watches from now on. They claim to have a stringent authentication process, well that process should include the accompanying collateral. Total fail on their part in this sale.

Stolen items! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not go to this store for any services. I went to The RealReal in Dallas to have a diamond wedding band set and earrings set sold by them. They stated the quality was not good enough to be sold. Okay fine. I requested they be returned. I live far, so UPS was their option. To my dismay, they shipped the items to the WRONG address on purpose (per the label I received from UPS, someone deliberately and purposefully shipped to the wrong address). I say on purpose because I gave my address to 2 Representatives when I was in person and also had to show my driver's license. There is no way my address should have been sent to the wrong address unless it was done on purpose. I just went through reviews.....wish I had read them before only to see the same thing happen to other people. I will be reporting to the BBB and more. They now want to offer me $324.50 for both items together, when I had my ring set appraised at $4995. I am not sure about the earrings as they were a surprise gift from my ex-husband, but the cost wouldn't even be close to $300 for them alone. Not only am I offended by the offer; I am disgusted that they are actually out here scamming people with pride. Save yourself the headache, your time, and your money and stay far away from this company.

Beware because I wasted hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money on these LV glasses that turned out to be warped. This should have been checked during inspection before reselling. I will never purchase online used items again.

I have purchased and sold on this site and have been mostly very pleased. Items ordered arrive in a timely manner, and I have never had any issue with the condition of clothing or jewelry. It was always as described. However, I don’t purchase anything but “very good” to pristine. If you sell sterling, POLISH it before sending it in. You’ll get a better price. My only issue is HOW LONG it takes to show up online. I realize the items have to go through an inspection and appraisal process, but good grief, hire more people to do this!

I bought Gucci shoes for 400 dollars, wore them and went to work. The first day the soles of the shoes completely opened on two of them. I was embarrassed by the customers at work. Of course, this is not the first time. I have bought shoes from here before and had the same problem. I will never buy anything from here anymore. I do not recommend it to anyone. I also did some research. The products they sell are much more expensive than other websites.

While dropping my grandson off for his first semester of college at SMU from out of town, my family decided to explore the Dallas area. Upon walking into the RealReal store, I felt the most welcoming energy in the store. The staff is very knowledgeable and open to answering any questions I had, along with making suggestions that piqued my interest. Highly recommend this establishment.

This place is horrible. I sent items from UPS which is their partner and the items were never received. I received a transaction number from UPS not a tracking number because according to them, this is the process required by TheRealReal. The items never made it, and they claim could not be tracked because there was no tracking number. Both companies blamed each other and as a result I have $5K worth of merchandise that has never been accounted for and noone wants to take responsibility for it. I have called and emailed and spoken to manager at UPS and still nothing. This is shameful and unbelievable. I would not recommend ever sending anything!

While visiting the RealReal location in Dallas, I experienced superior service from the jewelry consultant Morris. The gentleman is very knowledgeable about fine jewelry and accessories. Definitely will be a return patron in the future after such a luxurious experience.
